Please call our service desk on 1300 30 3751 and ask for a return authority (RA) number, detailing the type of monitor, serial number and contact information.
Q. What is your repair time?
Normal repair time is around 5 to 7 working days, depending on availability of parts.
Q. Is there a quotation fee?
A quotation fee applies for non-warranty repairs. To request a warranty repair call our service desk on 1300 30 3751.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit payment.
Q. How much warranty is given on my repair / parts or purchased monitors?
Warranty on repairs is 3 months. Contact service to discuss.
